Coumarin 334 is a laser dye with an absorption maximum of 452nm. It is used as starting material for the synthesis of cysteine-selective or pH indicator fluorescent probes. Spectral data: λmax 452nm, ε (extinction coefficient) ≥45000 at 449-455 nm in ethanol, λlaser 532nm.
