Pancuronium bromide is an aminosteroid antagonist of muscle-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) acting as a typical non-depolarizing curare-mimetic muscle relaxant/neuromuscular blocking agent. Pancuronium bromide enhances anesthesia induced by isoflurane.
