      Free acid form of 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine single isomer. Widely used fluorophore for preparing bioconjugates, especially fluorescent antibody and avidin derivatives used in immunochemistry. Used as a dye for oligonucleotide labeling and automated DNA sequencing applications.
