Description: (-)-Epigallocatechin ((-)-EGC) is a major green tea polyphenol with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities. It has been shown to scavenge DPPH radicals and to prevent the growth of several different AML cell lines at micromolar concentrations.
