- Description
- Ammonium 4-chloro-7-sulfobenzofurazan (SBF-Cl) is a water-soluble fluorogenic reagent which is highly specific for thiol groups. SBF-Cl is a very good substrate for the investigation of glutathione S-transferases (GST). Used as a hematology and histology stain and in diagnostic assay manufacturing. Spectral data: λex 360 nm, λem 410 nm (pH 8.5), λex 383 nm, λem 528 nm (Reaction product).
