- Oomycete-specific sulphonamide fungicide which acts by inhibiting mitochondrial complex III activity (Complex III, cytochrome bc1 (ubiquinone reductase)) through binding to the Qi centre and impairing respiration and energy production. Categorized as quinine insider inhibitor (QII). Shown to have anti-fouling activity.
